Description of responsibilities:

• Treatment Presentation: Explaining proposed dental procedures in simple, non-clinical language to help patients understand their oral health needs and expected outcomes.
• Financial Counseling: Discussing treatment costs, calculating co-payments, and presenting personalized payment plans or third-party financing options.
• Insurance Coordination: Verifying insurance eligibility, explaining benefits, and managing pre-authorizations and claims to minimize patient out-of-pocket uncertainty.
• Scheduling & Follow-Up: Coordinating appointments to maximize clinical productivity, managing cancellations, and following up with patients who have unscheduled or incomplete treatment.
• Patient Advocacy: Building rapport and trust by addressing patient fears, concerns, or objections with empathy and transparency.

Required experience:

• Dental Front Desk: 2 years (Required)
• Dental scheduling: 2 years (Required)
• Insurance Verification: 2 years (Required)
• Treatment Coordinator: 1 year (Required)
• Open Dental Software: 1 year (Required)

Required skills:

• RDA license is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Computer skills
• Excellent sales skills and must be comfortable collecting money
• Detailed oriented with strong working ethics
• Applicant must be willing to undergo a pre-hire background check

Job description:
Join our well-rounded and amazing team and be trained at CBCT operation, ITERO scanning, pediatric and adult sedation, OR assisting, pediatric assisting and implant placement assisting.

Candidates with at least 1 year experience may apply. Previous experience in assisting both Pediatric and General Dentistry will give you the edge.

Description of responsibilities:

• Greet and prepare patients for exams and treatment
• Chairside assisting in a variety of dental procedures
• Records patient information including vital signs, medical/dental history, treatment plan
• Take radiographs, scans and intra-oral pictures
• Provide pre-operative and post operative instructions and patient education
• Prepare all treatment rooms including, but not limited to, set-up, decontamination, sterilization of all instruments, cleaning and restocking.
• Maintain strict compliance to infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPAA
• Maintain dental supply inventory
• Perform other related job duties as assigned

Required certifications and skills:

• Valid RDA license
• Valid X-ray Certificate
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Nitrous Monitoring certification is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish Team player
